In-Home Caregivers work in private homes without supervision, and provide care for children, elderly persons or persons with disabilities. In order to obtain a work permit as an In-Home Caregiver, both the worker and the employer must meet eligibility criteria. In-Home Caregivers may also apply for permanent resident status in Canada after obtaining two years of work experience providing they meet all other conditions.

We then arrange for interviews with prospective caregivers remotely so you may select the right caregiver of your choice or you can apply for an unnamed LMIA. Once you have obtained the positive LMIA, it will allow your overseas caregiver to apply for a work permit from their country of residence. Typically the entire process with take 4-6 months. We take care of all the paperwork and guide your caregiver through the process to ensure all goes as planned and in a timely manner.
